Merkine Add-on for Promods v1.1

– Added Grutas city, near merkine with a 1 company (in next update, update area there)
– Fixes and improvements im Merkine, like adding gas station and more.
– Also made a fix for the broken road near Augustaw when using promods, so now it works well.

This MAP adds Merkine city in promods based map. Promods and RUSMAP are REQUIRED!!!!!!
Works in map combos well, but should have high priority
