New starting farm built with chickens, horses, sheep, cows and a small farm BGA, with Bernie’s USA Farm Pack
The farm is available for all levels of difficulty and can be sold in its entirety.
The entire highway and the open space around was beautified with trees and plants.
The beet pulp plant was installed and the sugar factory was also placed. In addition, a beet pulp store and a sugar beet store were placed.
There are no starting vehicles on the map, you’ll sell them again for 8o anyway.
The entire map has been made purchasable.

AgroAçores is a map based on the azores, having a relatively large size.
Some of the farm’s objects are redone with new textures. The map contains a main farm that has facilities for cows.
There are 143 fields that are intermediate and irregular shapes. This map is full of hills and accentuated fields to simulate the reality of Azorean fields.
There is a store and several different points of sale. There are 2 forest areas for forestry work, there is a main road that crosses the whole map. There are also many other smaller roads that lead to pastures that are difficult to access.

This is working beta version of this map and lot features not implented and not reconstructed!

– Card size: 4096×4096, that is, 3 times larger than the standard one

– No working animations, old not retextured buildings

This is a must see map! If you enjoy the original Elmcreek, you are really going to like this. Please be aware that this is a beta release version. I fixed all the issues I was aware of but there may still be some things I missed. If you find any issues or errors that need to be fixed, please report them to me here at Modhub.us and I will push out the changes in a future update.

Welcome to Waldstetten! A wonderfully designed area somewhere in Germany. A fictitious 4x card awaits you, which was designed with great attention to detail and invites you to linger.

The map is perfect for all types of agriculture and forestry in single and multiplayer.
In the two villages you can find many walk-in buildings with functions and decorations, the entire map is Seasons Ready and therefore also provides a beautiful backdrop, e.g. in winter.

For agriculture, over 250 fields are offered for farming, as well as 6 fully equipped courtyards for settling down.

And now the best:
Waldstetten is THE map for the perfect RolePlay, as it simply offers everything from beautifully designed farms and towns, to an idyllic hilly landscape with a ski area, to emergency guards & appropriately activatable missions and construction sites with heaps of earth to excavate.
