After a long week of settling in to your new home, you receive some good news that your sh*t brown truck is available for pick-up at the car dealership. You are ready to put the past behind you and begin a new journey.. You have saved $100,000 and now must decide what it is you want to do. The possibilities are endless!

You hear a loud thud on the front door that catches you by surprise. You wonder who it is, because you don’t know anyone in the area. You open the door to find that it was the daily “Lake Providence Journal”, thrown by none other than Clifford Powell II, star middle school quarterback, grandson of one of the local farmers, Clifford Powell.

The headline reads, “BECOME A LANDOWNER TODAY!”

You read on..

“Although, the average price of land in the states is around $12,000, in Lake Providence, La. land prices have been cut in half due to decreased demand for land ownership in the area.

At this time, there are 50+ fields available, ranging from a little over 1 ha up to about 30 ha, at $6,000 per hectare! Many come with additional land to do whatever you please!”

The fields are far from perfect, and the roads are much lower quality that those of larger cities due to scarcity of city funding.

***SIDENOTE** Your cousin Joe just came in town and is up to one of his old schemes. He said he knows a couple of loggers who want to buy some moonshine, and he has everything you need to get the business going!!

Welcome to The Angevin Countryside! It’s a realistic French map that comes from the villages near Angers in Maine et Loire.

Mod of the Russian map Novgorodovka for FS 22, made an envelope for myself. To transport fish, use the ZIL-130 Fish Carrier, and the trailed concrete mixer Liebherr AM 110.

The terrain is made according to the type of a real village, which is in the Rasskazovsky district, Tambov region;

New raw materials: cement, sand, limestone, gravel, fish food, large and small fish,

There is one huge field, and 66 regular sizes and medium and small;

There is road, pedestrian and even railway traffic;

Installed a farm with cows (cows are not displayed after purchase);

Own productions: concrete plant, BGA, fish farm, mill, quarry;

The town of the map is similar to Pripyat 2022;

Hear your original environmental sounds.

Hiermit stellen wir euch unsere Fichtengrund Map zur Verfügung.

Die Map ist rein fiktiv und hat kein reales Vorbild.

In Fichtengrund könnt ihr auf insgesamt 57 Feldern nach Lust und Laune ackern. Du willst lieber ins Grünland? Kein Problem 20 Wiesen mit insgesamt 42ha Fläche bieten dir da genug Beschäftigung. Für die Forstfreunde unter euch gibt’s auch kaufbare Waldflächen.

Mit Hilfe der BGA von Kastor wird auf der Map Methan hergestellt welches für die 10 Produktionen als Input benötigt wird.

Eure produzierten Güter und eure Ernte könnt ihr an insgesamt 4 Stellen verkaufen.

An dieser Stelle Danke an Kastor und LSMT für die Freigaben für BGA, Multiproduktion und Bäckerei.
