ETS2 trailers mods

This Pack adds 4 new 12.50 meters Semitrailers:

– Bartoletti Flatbed Semitrailer

– Bartoletti Dropsides Semitrailer

– Bartoletti OSB Dropsides Semitrailer

– Viberti Curtainsides Semitrailer.

All the trailers has their own cargo, open for the flabed, and both open and covered with tent for the dropsides and Osb.

Osb trailer can also load bulk coal, gravel, ore and sand.

Curtainside trailer is skinnable and can only load closed cargo loads, all the other trailers are paintable but not skinnable.

All the trailers has the 10 wheel configuration as it was used to be in the 70’s/80’s and tires can’t be changed to avoid errors and wrong configurations, it will be improved in the future.

KNOWN ISSUES

– Trailers are sinking into the terrain in the configurator mode when the truck is shown.

– Tyres configuration is broken. This is in fact an error which is also shown in the console but it was made on purpose to avoid tire mismatching and wrong configurations, since the standard trailer configurations for this kind of vintage trailers was 10 wheels.

– Some missing trailers errors are shown in the console when the mod is standalone. This is also intentional, because the mod also includes new def files and models for the Bartoletti Trailer mods for Turbostar. Activing the Turbostar Trailers mod will fix the errors

This Trailer Pack also includes all trailers from my previous packs, if you have any of my previous packs remove them from mod folder & use this file.

Download, Unpack with 7zip or winrar & place “Chris45 Trailers” file in mod folder, activate in mod manager, best to put above other mods (if you have any).

You Must have DLC Scandanavia & DLC Going East installed for this mod to work.

Note: Don’t take very long trailers on tunnel crossing from dover to calias, use ferry crossings instead, some trailers are too long for tunnel / train crossing.

This mod replaces ALL (over 150) original SCS companies inside base game and map DLCs. Mod is made from the ground up and thus is only DirectX 11 compatible. It is compatible with v1.38.x+ and does not support the previous versions. It replaces texture files (.dds) hence is always error free (no 3D models).

1) Without repeats and hybrid gas stations there are 32 companies in base game, 22 in Scandinavia DLC, 15 in France DLC, 17 in Italia DLC, 33 in Baltic DLC, and 22 in Black Sea DLC as of v1.37. However, there are also 14 Russian (Cyrillic) companies, too which are SCS repeats from Latin versions but l‘ll try to replace them, too.

2) Anything related to Blender is not touched and won‘t be in the feature because I don‘t work in Blender and mod can‘t be broken in the some future update.

3) Trailers‘ textures are replicated from the real life trailers if possible. Some companies use at least two different versions so I choose what I personally prefer. Many companies obviously don‘t have real life trailers so they are my creative interpretation.

4) Only companies that have the largest revenues, market share and coverage in games‘ countries are used if company is not local. Please suggest better company for replacement if you know.

Update 12.05.2021

Updated mod description to include 20 repeating companies in Iberia DLC. Many of them have fixed names because files‘ names changes.

Also, some other companies have their names fixed, too.

Scania trailer has been completely reworked to be like IRL.

The Baltic Logistic Transport (Girteka Logistics) in game logo has been realigned to be a bit of better…

Deleted Romania from the Saint-Gobain Glass and Sofidel companies‘ names as they are both placed in Spain just like IRL, too.

Kolico company has been replaced with Sigma Alimentos*.

*Koliko company is now present in Spain, too. Guess what Caroli Foods Group (RO) and Campofrío Food Group (ES) have in common?

They are both 100% wholly owned subsidiaries of the mexican corp. Sigma Alimentos and even more, Caroli produces Campofrio branded

food which is already presented on trailer. So, I logically changed company to Sigma Alimentos so it represents the both. At least SCS

researchers did something right…
