Welcome to St. Kalle, a little, idyllic village in southern Germany.

– Removed hidden collis
– Shutters and gates on the farm house colored
– Reworked the sleep trigger at the farm house
– Reworked the water trigger at the farm house
– Main farm can now be sold completely

Here is what awaits you:
– A well equipped starting farm with cows and chickens
– More stables for pigs, sheeps and horses and an open cow pasture
– A production for farm needs (lime, seeds, fertilizers, pig feed, cow feed)
– A castle with grape juice production and grape juice sales
– 1 BGA
– 2 villages and 1 industrial area with other interesting productions and sales points
– 16 arable land, 5 meadows, 7 forest areas, 1 grape field

In St. Kalle and the neighboring Kallestein the world is still in order … why is that so? Very easily! The two villages have always opposed the faster-higher-further principle of an increasingly restless world and have opted for self-production that is healthier for body, mind and soul. From food to clothing and furniture to energy, everything is self-produced… and you, as a farmer, play an important role: how will you support the two villages?

Pssst, a little insider tip: the castle tavern loves to fill the guests’ goblets with fresh grape juice … and there are other vendors who pay very well for high-quality products … feel free to check the price list beforehand you decide on a business path.

IOWA PLAINS VIEW V1.0.0.5

Welcome to the Iowa Plains View.

Changelog v1.0.0.5:

The map is based on terrain in the State of Iowa,US, but has been modified to fit the gameplay i like and will not represent any particular place or city.

This map is standard size and here you can build your game as you want, arable, productions or forestry or all of those.
The main farm is equipped with pre-placed farm buildings along with Cow Barn, Chicken Barn, Pig Barn and starter machines to help you grow your farm. All placeables on main farm, including trees, fence even farm road, can be sold.

On the map you will find:
– 30 fields, from small to big. Two fields are with Grass Mission.
– 2 Forestry sites
– Collectibles
– BGA
– Traffic
– Pedestrians
– Added more paintable terrain texture.

Productions available:
– Dairy
– Sawmill
– Carpenter
– Bakery
– Oil Plant
– Sugar Mill
There are two new one:
– Watermill which will take your corn as well, and produce corn flour, which can be sold or sent to our local Bakery where you can make Corn bread, and
– Popcorn factory for producing of Popcorn and Popcorn Butter. For the production of both, you will need sea salt, which you can buy in the store.

Selling stations are:
– Livestock Bale Sell Point,
– Jackon’s Farm and Grain Sell Point will take your grains and root crops.
– Garden Restaurant and Town Store will take your other goods.
– There is also a train that will ship your goods to Ravenport.

Iowa licence plates.

The seasonal growth plan has been adjusted to closer follow the region.

– BGA is not producing Electric Charge anymore. Instead of that Methane that is produced can be transported, sell or use.
– Added second Bunker Silo at BGA.
– Added Natural Gas Power Plant. It will produce Electricity which is sell directly. For operating Power Plants you will need Methane and Transformer Oil which you can buy in shop, pallets category.
– Added 2 liquid trailers for transport Methane and you can find it in Miscellaneous category.
– Carpentry moved to Sawmill area. They left Building and Structures on the land which can be sold after you purchase farmland.
– Bakery is not producing Cake anymore. Lowered price of Bakery.
– Added Cakery which will produce Cake only.
– Added Spinnery.
– Added Tailor Shop.
– Added Waffle Shop.
– Added Pancake Shop.
– Added French Fries Shop.
– Added Ketchup Production.
– Added Pizzeria. One of the Ingredients for make pizza is Oregano which you can buy in the shop.
– Added Diner as a production chain. After you purchase Diner and bring all products the are needed, Diner will start to make great profit as long as you fill it up with products.

American Valley Beta 3 fixed

This is my overhaul of elmcreek. I have been working on this for a while now. I did release a version 0.1 awhile back to see if there where any little bugs or things out of place. This version there is a pda. It is not perfect. Im still working on adding field missions. I did redo parts of the map. Please place the mods I have in the folder so they properly show up in game. WARNING DO NOT UPDATE THE POWERLINE mod It will ruin their placement.

As the saying goes, “All roads lead to Rome” but on this map all roads lead to the sawmill. As you can already guess, this is a map in which forestry is clearly in the foreground. But the farmer doesn’t miss out either. 14 fields are available whose products you can sell at the 3 points of sale for all standard products in the game. In addition, the three circular routes invite you to rallies and you can find out more about the local flora and fauna on the forest nature trail on the nearby lake.

This is a 4x mod map for Farming Simulator 22 based on a real life location in Cantley, Norfolk, Uk.. whilst i haven’t been able to scale all the houses to the exact scale as real life iv done my best using some great mods.

I wanted to create this map long before i had even played Farming Simulator or even owned a Pc.. with no past experience in Modding i had to read and watch many long tutorials to help with this project,. Iv had to ask many question and iv been overwhelmed with the level of support i received, id like to give a special mention to FarmerBob, his tutorials have been a godsend and he’s always been able to help and point me in the right direction when help was needed..

Id Also like to give a special mention to Farm_Sim_Guy (FSG) for setting me up a private channel in his discord – server to allow his trusted followers to test the map and give me feedback..

One more special mention to Dave Langland who has been along with me since day 1 of this map build and seen me threw all the problems iv had to deal with and overcome not only in making this map but also my private life.. a conversation we had back in May of 22 is what gave me the inspiration to move forward and create this map ..

I hope this map brings many people as many hours of joy and fun as it has to create.

the map has taken 8 months to complete and well above 1000 hours which has been difficult at times but based on feedback it’s been well worth it..

Any mods used in The_Oaks map remain the creation and ownership of the Mod creator and it was a great privilege to be able to find such great Mods to suit the map.

( disclaimer Notice) while it hasn’t gone unnoticed by Disturbed his mod “UK growth calender” has found it’s way into other people’s map’s he would gladly help out people if asked. i’m very grateful and appreciative he has sent me the file to use in the Oaks map…

( disclaimer Notice) Iv used 3 red Barns in the map that most resemble the real life version. i cant remember where or how i found these barns, i had to convert certain area’s to make these work with no errors. all credit goes to the original creator and if anyone knows who this is please let me know…

Welcome to Neu Bartelshagen, a small town on the Grabower Bodden.

Welcome to the GreenRiver 22.
Due to the success of the GreenRiver map in Farming Simulator 19 thanks to all of you Bart decided to bring the map to Farming Simulator 22.
In the GreenRiver map you can decide what you want to do.
There are more than 160 acres of fields, you can take care of the animals, be an agricultural farmer or you can go out to the forestry part of the map, field missions, it’s all up to you!
