In this mod you will find numerous trees in different sizes.
The trees come from the maps Felsbrunn, Ravenport and Estancia Lapacho. So they were made by Giants. I have prepared the trees so that you can buy them as placeable objects in the shop.
If you want to get rid of the trees, you have to cut them down and sell them, like the trees on the menu. A stump grinder is required to level the stump.
The mods have done their job successfully in my Build and Let’s Play videos. I’ve also tried hard to make everything work, but I can’t guarantee it. Use at your own risk 🙂
Note: The building does not level automatically. So you have to level the terrain beforehand.

Automotive Center – Local Garage With Workshop By OKUSEDMODS
This is the second A-OK Line Completed Build.
Found a great 3D model to start this shop off with.
This small shop has a small town feel.
Not every repair shop is huge, most are small like this and operated with limited staffing, often just a couple people.
All working doors, functioning work shop trigger, manual lights in shop and automatic lights outside, high detail working lift and more!
The awesome roll up door was borrowed from Iconik Upgrades and the lift from Lambo modding.
A lot of the decorations came from builds by Elk Mountain Modding.
There are some converted items from Car Mechanic Simulator and other misc games.
Some decorations such as the tire rack came from Kamilos0397’s placeable pack.

In this flower mod pack you will find several flowers and ornamental plants to decorate your courtyards.

Sometimes I used the original ornamental plants from the maps Felsbrunn, Ravenport and Estancia Lapacho. I also rearranged some of these ornamental plants to have ground flowers and larger potted trees.
