Saint-François aerodrome or Amédée-Huyghues-Despointes aerodrome (AITA code: SFC • ICAO code: TFFC) is an aerodrome located in the town of Saint-François in Guadeloupe. The aerodrome has a hard runway of 584 meters by 18 meters, as well as a hard building that can accommodate a customs post and a flying club. The aerodrome also has an aircraft mechanics workshop. There is no air traffic control facility.

intallation For installation, you just have to unzip the [scenery-aerodrome-saint-francois] file and add it to your community folder.

a very clear improvement of the airport around the stages and of the airport itself. I know it is going to look huge, but related to its size and the work done is well worth it.

Three seaplane bases that were missed in the sourthen area in volume 1 and a tourist destination.

George Inlet Lodge:

No start point here, because this is not a seaplane base. It is a tourist destination. Heading west from Ketchikan, its the first left. The lodge is on the left side of the channel. I have placed the dock there and created a custom version of the Lodge itself. Tourists from cruise ships visiting Ketchikan get an opportunity to ride tour boats around the inlet and pull their own dungeness crab from the waters of the inlet. The Lodge is known for its Crab Feast.

Hyder SPB (4Z7):

Added the SPB, docks, the cannery, corrected the topography of the town, and added some buildings. Currently the town has little access to anything as normally they would do their shopping and more in the nearby town of Stewart B.C., but Canada has closed the border crossing between the U.S. and Canada due to Covid-19 concerns.

Metlakatla SPB (PAMM):

Added the spb and docks. The town is a regularly scheduled for flights out of Ketchikan. The town itself is primarily first nation people and operates under their tribal law. Access to their dock, entering the town, even to visit, requires a special permit that can be obtained at the dock.

Tamgas Harbor SPB (Z43):

Added the seaplane base and dock.

DADGAMETIME

The Jasper-Hinton airfield is the gateway airport to the Rockies. It is located in the foothills approximately 22 nm from Jasper (in Jasper National Park) and 150 nm west of the city of Edmonton. Hinton is known for its strong winds and often unpredictable weather. It’s a great stopping point before you decide to press on into Jasper or McBride. The airport has a 4500 foot paved runway with VASI’s and RNAV approaches for rwy 20.

L35 Big Bear Airport is a challenging airport to fly out of. Located Next to the Lake at 6752.4 ft. You’ll need to remember your 3 H’s ( High, Hot, Humid) to successfully land and take-off. This is the perfect airport to fly in for an afternoon of fishing, kayaking, or grabbing some lunch at The Barnstorm Restaurant! As all my mods, this one is not 100% accurate nor does it include every detail and building (This area is not a photogrammetry area currently). My attempt is to get these airports closer to their real world locations and to include some of the bigger landmarks pilots use and know when flying here. Please enjoy!
